Make a video. This is easier than it sounds. There are two easy and inexpensive ways to do this. First, you can use the webcam from your laptop to create a video of yourself just talking about the article. If you do not have a webcam, you can buy them very cheaply these days. You shouldn’t read the article word for word, but just talk about the article. So read the article to yourself beforehand and know what it is about. Write down some bullet points and then just get on camera and talk about it. It doesn’t have to be long, one or two minutes is fine.

A second thing you can do is to get free screen capture software and record a video to see what you see on your computer. CamStudio is a great one and it’s free. You should summarize the article on Powerpoint if you have it. If not, just use Notepad and put the highlights on it. Maybe throw an extra sentence or two in there as you read it, if you think of something. Just make it sound natural.

After you record it, you just need to submit it to various video websites. There are services out there that will do this for you, like Tubemogul, but they will charge money. I suggest just finding 4 or 5 video sites, in addition to youtube, and bookmark them. Then go ahead and submit the videos to each of them.
